• Process development and process optimization
• Cycle time reduction
• Productivity improvement
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• New process and new product development
• Analysis and improvement of existing manufacturing processes
• Coordination with crossfunctional teams
• Preparation of process layouts, SOPs and documentation
• Adherence to safety and quality standards.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of process development and optimization
• AutoCAD
• ProE / Creo
• Exposure to latest design and manufacturing software
• Good understanding of manufacturing methods and layouts.
