Hodek Engineering Works Pvt. Ltd. begins operations
1980 & 1985
Technical Collaboration with Holset UK - Viscous Dampers & Rubber Dampers.
1986
Sahajpur plant commissioned for viscous and rubber vibration dampers
1995
Independent design and manufacturing based on customer engine data
2000
First export shipment to Cummins USA
2002
Established as Hodek Vibration Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
2011
Amba Foundry, Dharwad acquired, bringing casting in-house
2013
Dharwad Plant H2 commissioned; Hodek Innovations launched
2016
Hodek Ventures formed to bring divisions under one structure

Hodek Edge launched, entering e-commerce

Hodek Engine Components established for water pumps and sub-assemblies

Electron beam welding introduced for viscous damper production

Amba Foundry capacity increased from 150T to 450T per month

Plant 3 at Dharwad commissioned to support higher manufacturing volume
