Our in-house Design and Engineering team brings deep expertise and creative talent to every project, engineering each product to perfection and manufacturing it in world-class facilities. 

Beyond TV dampers, our portfolio spans key engine components including engine mounts, EV motor mounts, water pumps, oil pumps, flywheel housings and flywheel adaptors, covering both conventional and electric powertrains. 

Backed by an agile design cycle, advanced testing facilities and an efficient supply chain, we deliver with reliability and precision, every time. 

Analysis

Our world-class CAE tools for torsional vibration analysis leverage all damper properties within a virtual simulation environment, enabling precise system analysis of the damper and customer application to design the optimum TV damper solution for the powertrain. Development encompasses service life assessment, thermal analysis for damper thermal loading verification and structural integrity validation of metal components and welded joints.

Our partner ecosystem further enhances our capabilities, with rubber molding and technical partners bringing expertise in non-linear CAE analysis and CFD, enabling us to deliver precision-engineered, high-performance components that meet the most demanding industry standards.

Established tools including DFMEA, DFM, DOE and DVP&R underpin robust product design, with a continued focus on performance enhancement through innovative designs, lightweighting, expanded thermal operating ranges and alternative materials. 

Validation Laboratory

Our in-house testing laboratory features specialized test benches for comprehensive validation of rubber and viscous TV dampers, verifying all performance and functional requirements. 

Advanced on-site measurement tools enable direct analysis of TV damper behaviour on engines and vehicles, with collected data correlating engine performance with simulation models for precise refinement. 

Our dedicated validation lab and state-of-the-art measurement techniques accelerate testing cycles, reducing development timelines while ensuring reliable products with exceptional service life and high customer satisfaction.
