Qualification: B.E / Diploma (Quality or Engineering)

Age Range: 35–40 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end quality function (process to dispatch)
• QA & testing of Rubber, PTFE, Chemicals & Paints
• QMS implementation and compliance
• Internal audits & customer audits
• PPAP, VDA 6.3 implementation
• Coordination with production, suppliers & customers

Key Skills:

• Complete QA function ownership
• PPAP, QMS, VDA 6.3
• Audit handling
• Process & product quality improvement
• Leadership & stakeholder management
